The Northbound approach
A fully guided program that connects strong classroom foundations with the people, places, and culture of Vancouver.
Certified BC teachers lead every class in this fully guided program. Students strengthen the core building blocks of English through conversation, listening exercises, reading comprehension, vocabulary development, and writing. Each student receives a completion certificate at the end of the coursework.
Students use English in the real world while hiking, golfing, bowling, and learning about First Nations heritage and culture. Sightseeing journeys can take them from Gastown and Science World to Stanley Park, the Vancouver Aquarium, Capilano Suspension Bridge, UBC, Metrotown, and Playland.
International students build friendships across borders as they share new experiences. By combining coursework, hands-on adventure, and genuine cultural immersion, students return home more confident, more fluent, and full of memories from a summer they will not forget.
